An opportunity has arisen for qualified, competent, and motivated individuals to join an organisation in the following positions. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill three (3) vacant positions as outlined below.
1. Butcher – 1 Vacancy
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma in Meat Processing, Food Production, or a related field.
- A minimum of three (3) years of working experience in butchery or meat processing.
- Proven ability to break down whole beef and sheep carcasses.
- Good knowledge of meat cuts, trimming techniques, hygiene standards, and food safety procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to perform physically demanding duties.
2. Heavy Equipment & Tractor Operator Trainer – 1 Vacancy
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should possess one of the following qualifications:
- A Technical Training Certificate in Heavy Equipment Operation; OR
- A relevant technical qualification combined with substantial practical experience; OR
- Internal candidates with proven competence in operating company tractors and/or heavy equipment who are willing and able to complete a structured Trainer Development Programme.
Additional requirements include:
- Practical experience operating tractors and/or heavy equipment, including crawlers, excavators, graders, and backhoe loaders.
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing other operators.
3. Rangeland and Livestock Supervisor – 1 Vacancy
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, Livestock Production, or a related field from a recognised institution.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience.
- Sound knowledge of livestock production, animal health, nutrition, and animal welfare.
- Practical skills in pasture management, grazing systems, and sustainable livestock production.
- Strong leadership, planning, and reporting skills.
- Good computer skills.
