- Log in to your Ajira Portal account.
- Go to the My Applications section.
- Check for your PSRS job placement letter.
- Download and print the placement letter.
- Take the printed letter with you when reporting to your assigned work station.
Important Instructions for Successful Candidates
Candidates who have successfully passed the interview and have been assigned work stations are required to report to their respective employers within the period specified in their placement letters.
When reporting to the assigned work station, successful candidates must bring their original academic certificates, starting from Form Four (CSEE) and above.
The employer will verify the authenticity of the original academic certificates before issuing the candidate with an official employment letter.
What If Your Name Is Not on the PSRS List?
Applicants whose names do not appear in the published list should understand that they were either not successful in the interview or were not selected for the available positions.
However, unsuccessful applicants are encouraged not to give up. They should continue checking for new job opportunities announced through the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat and apply again whenever suitable vacancies are advertised.
