1. Information Communication Technology Officer II – Security – 1 Post
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monitoring data collection, processing, and storage in accordance with established ICT policies and procedures.
- Safely keeping ICT equipment, software, and other related materials.
- Providing IT education to users and ensuring proper use of computer laboratories.
- Managing internet, website, and local network facilities.
- Performing maintenance of ICT equipment.
- Tracking payments of bills and invoices from service providers.

Duties and Responsibilities
The successful applicants will perform the following duties:
- Conducting general cleanliness of offices and surrounding areas.
- Circulating files and correspondence to appropriate officers or offices.
- Preparing and providing tea and soft drinks.
- Opening and closing office windows and doors before and after official working hours.
- Preparing venues for meetings and providing required services.
- Distributing reports, files, and other relevant documents to officers before meetings.
