1. Office Assistant Grade II – 5 Posts
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for performing the following duties:
- Typing ordinary and confidential letters, reports and documents.
- Receiving visitors, identifying their needs and directing them to the appropriate offices.
- Maintaining records of events, appointments, visitors, meeting dates, official trips and work schedules.
- Searching for files and documents required for official duties.
- Receiving and distributing files to officers in the relevant divisions, units or sections.
- Collecting, maintaining and returning files and documents to the appropriate offices.
- Arranging agenda items and preparing for various meetings.
- Preparing lists of required office supplies.
Qualifications and Eligibility

- Possess a Form Four or Form Six education qualification.
- Hold a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or an NTA Level 6 Certificate in Secretarial Studies.
- Have passed the final Kiswahili and English typing examination at a speed of 100 words per minute.

Duties and Responsibilities
Successful applicants will perform the following duties:
- Inspecting vehicles before and after journeys to ensure their safety and proper condition.

- Collecting and distributing various documents.
- Recording and maintaining information about all journeys in the vehicle logbook.
- Cleaning vehicles.

Qualifications and Eligibility

- Possess a Form Four (Form IV) Certificate.
